BASEMENT

 - Large room used for laundry, storage, craft room & family room

- White and dark tan paint with epoxy speckled floors and white baseboards

- Unfinished ceiling but beams and wood have been painted white 

- We used this as a "Theater Room". Projector and screen can be negotiated if desired - has DVD/Blu Ray & TV hookups
-Washer and Dryer can be negotiated if desired
